Creating Fiber Wall Art with Felt Appliqué! LIVE with Paulette Morrissey

Learn how to create this adorable fiber art little town wall hanging! You’ll use wool felt, wool, embroidery floss and beads to create this whimsical scene. Paulette will show you how to transfer the house pieces to freezer paper to cut them out, how to assemble and decorate each house and building and ideas to personalize them. Then you'll have the fun of putting the town all together just how you want it. She will demonstrate some basic embroidery stitches you can use, or add your own favorites. We will then add the extra trims you want, like the little clothes line, the kite, clouds, and more. Choose to make your town scene at day or night, and vertical or horizontal. When it’s all finished, Paulette will show you a couple different ways to finish your tiny town and get it ready to hang on your wall. Your completed tiny town will be approximately 14 x 18 inches plus the fabric border.
